It's enough to just have a look at the ladder and you can understand the importance of the game today. Catania (1st) playing against Lamezia Terme (2nd) out of home. Toughest game of the season so far. Lamezia Terme is a big Calabrian town in the province of Catanzaro, 70,000 inhabitants. Normally you would expect a rocking stadium supporting Lamezia, instead apparently the Lamezia team is a "new" team, not connected to the glorious Vigor Lamezia. So, incredibly, today it is expected to have a lot of people going to watch the game supporting Catania. Good for us! Anyway let's not be too relaxed today, Lamezia is linked to the ancient Greek city of Terina (480 BC) where the legend says Ligea was living, one of the three Sirens of Homer's Odyssey. Any man that passed this way was tempted to stop his ship and listen to the Sirens' sweet sounds to then be eaten by them. Mr Ferraro, please plug our players' ears as we don't want to stop our ship sailing to the top!
